Who is responsible for your information?
BODYFIT GYM LTD, company number NI737956, is responsible for the personal information it collects for gym enquiries and membership administration. You can contact us by calling 07514 877606.
Information collected by this website
The current website does not create user accounts or accept payments. If you use an enquiry form, call, or email us, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and manage any service you request.
Personal-training and massage/recovery enquiry forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, selected service or treatment, and message. Enquiries are sent to Maciej at [email protected]. Please do not send sensitive medical information through the general enquiry form.
Memberships, gift vouchers and payments
Monthly and annual membership signup and online gift-voucher purchases are handled by GymMaster on its own secure website. GymMaster and the payment providers shown during checkout process the information required to administer the membership or voucher and take payment. Review the notices and terms displayed during checkout before submitting your details.
When you choose a fixed-value voucher on this website, our hosting service asks GymMaster to create a new checkout basket for that value and redirects you to it. The custom-amount option takes you to the standard GymMaster shop instead.
After signup, members may use the GymMaster Member app to access their membership and check in at BodyFit. App login and Bluetooth access are handled by GymMaster and the member's mobile operating system.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or behavioural advertising. Standard technical logs may be created by the web hosting provider for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Zaraz are used to understand aggregate page traffic, site performance, membership-button clicks, and gift-voucher checkout clicks. Membership click events identify the clicked plan, button label, and page path. Voucher click events identify the button label, selected voucher value, GymMaster as the destination, and page path. These events do not include enquiry content, voucher purchaser details, or payment information. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on enquiry forms to help prevent spam and automated abuse.
External services
The location preview is a locally stored image based on OpenStreetMap data and does not contact a map provider when this page loads. Links to GymMaster, the Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Facebook, and Instagram take you to third-party services that apply their own privacy notices. Enquiry-form delivery may use Cloudflare Pages Functions, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Resend transactional email. Analytics may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Zaraz.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond, provide the requested service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Membership and transaction records may need to be retained for longer legal and accounting periods.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. Contact BodyFit using the details above to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
